Don't be anxious for your life, what you will eat, nor yet for your body, what you will wear.                Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing.                Consider the ravens: they don't sow, they don't reap, they have no warehouse or barn, and God feeds them. How much more valuable are you than birds!                Which of you by being anxious can add a cubit to his height?                If then you aren't able to do even the least things, why are you anxious about the rest?                Consider the lilies, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin; yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.                But if this is how God clothes the grass in the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith?                Don't seek what you will eat or what you will drink; neither be anxious.                For the nations of the world seek after all of these things, but your Father knows that you need these things.                But seek God's Kingdom, and all these things will be added to you.

I believe that everything will be all right!

By Testimony,
Love One Another! 2016-35

The doctors wanted to terminate my pregnancy, because the cancer was so advanced that I was given little chance. They said it would be best for me to immediately undergo chemotherapy. My husband and I did not agreed to it.

I believe that everything will be all right!

The Chaplet of Divine Mercy has become my daily prayer, together with the rosary and the prayers to numerous saints and blessed, since I came across Love One Another! The image of the Merciful Jesus is most meaningful to me. I had often repeated before “Jesus, I trust in You!” and I would pray the chaplet during the monthly vigil on the first Saturday of the month.

Since 1987, I have lived in the United States. Life here is very intense; you don’t have time for anything and you don’t even notice that you’re moving farther and farther away from God. In Poland, I was raised in a religious spirit and participated in oasis meetings and pilgrimages, and it seemed to me that I would always be close to God and the Blessed Mother; in the States, however, I neglected my faith. It was a disease that drew me closer to God.

Last year, I was diagnosed with cancer. I was in the fifth month of pregnancy. Doctors wanted to terminate my pregnancy, because the cancer was so advanced that I was given little chance. They said it would be best for me to immediately undergo chemotherapy. My husband and I did not agreed to it. We decided to wait until the child would have a chance of survival. My husband was my great support. It was he rescued the child as he could; I was in great shock and was devastated. Pawełek was born two months after my diagnosis. After his birth, I underwent chemotherapy and radiation. I feel good; I have another X-ray in a couple of weeks.

I believe that everything will be all right! Prayer and faith are my strength. I trust that Jesus and the Mother of God will listen to me. Our son is growing fast; we love him. Recent tests have shown, however, that he has a low level of white blood cells. I know that I am left with prayers to the Merciful Jesus, and I believe that He will help me to be cured of cancer and that my son will be healthy. I beg you to pray in our intentions.
