Great Doxology Christianity. Orthodoxy. Catholicism. Sense of life. Prayers.
Don't be anxious for your life, what you will eat, nor yet for your body, what you will wear.                Life is more than food, and the body is more than clothing.                Consider the ravens: they don't sow, they don't reap, they have no warehouse or barn, and God feeds them. How much more valuable are you than birds!                Which of you by being anxious can add a cubit to his height?                If then you aren't able to do even the least things, why are you anxious about the rest?                Consider the lilies, how they grow. They don't toil, neither do they spin; yet I tell you, even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.                But if this is how God clothes the grass in the field, which today exists, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, how much more will he clothe you, O you of little faith?                Don't seek what you will eat or what you will drink; neither be anxious.                For the nations of the world seek after all of these things, but your Father knows that you need these things.                But seek God's Kingdom, and all these things will be added to you.

Great Doxology

Glory to God in the Heights, and on earth peace, goodwill among men. We praise Thee, we bless Thee, we worship Thee, we glorify Thee, we give thanks to Thee for Thy great glory. O Lord God, heavenly King, Father Almighty; O Lord, only-begotten Son, Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit. O Lord God, Lamb of God, Son of the Father, Who takest away the sin of the world, have mercy on us. Thou Who takest away the sins of the world, receive our prayer. Thou Who sittest at the right hand of the Father, and have mercy on us. For Thou only art holy, Thou only art the Lord, Jesus Christ, in the glory of God the Father. Amen. Every day I will bless Thee, and praise Thy name for ever and ever. Vouchsafe, O Lord, to keep us this day without sin. Blessed art Thou, O Lord, God of our fathers, and praised and glorified is Thy Name for ever. Amen. May Thy mercy, O Lord, be upon us, as our trust is in Thee. Blessed art Thou, O Lord: teach me Thy rights. Blessed art Thou, O Master: grant me to understand Thy rights. Blessed art Thou, O Holy One: enlighten me by Thy rights. Lord, Thou hast been our refuge from generation to generation. I said: Lord, have mercy on me; heal my soul, for I have sinned against Thee. Lord, I flee to Thee. Teach me to do Thy will, for Thou art my God. For with Thee is the source of life, and in Thy light we shall see light. Continue Thy mercy to those who know Thee.

Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us.(Thrice)

Glory to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, Now and ever, and to the ages of ages. Amen.

Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us.

Holy God, Holy Mighty, Holy Immortal One, have mercy on us.
